First teaser trailer for "Riddick"

While I personally would have preferred that they call this "Pitch Black III" Universal didn't ask for my input so "Riddick" it is. Looks a lot like a (welcome) throwback to the original sci-fi almost-classic that launched the franchise but in truth it's too early to tell at this point. What little we do know is that the story has Riddick stranded on some wasteland or another beset by nasty creatures who haven't had a decent meal in a while.


"Riddick" starring Vin Diesel and directed by "Pitch Black" director David Twohy opens September 6th.
