What I love about manga heroes is that they never do anything until they consult their hair stylist first. And just in case anyone doubts they're really heroes there's those pouty lips and contrapposto poses to drive the point home. Bottom line: if you like your heroes vain and frail then Captain Harlock is your, uh, man.
