"Jack Reacher" to get sequel?
Though it had the bad luck of opening just after the appalling events in Newtown Ct which in all likelihood impacted its domestic numbers, "Jack Reacher" was a qualified success overseas bringing in approximately $125 million on the international market. Add that to the $79 million it wound up making stateside and you've actually got a small-scale (by contemporary Hollywood standards) financial success.
